A listing is wrong or out of date
Roles are aggregated from company career pages and refreshed every Monday, so a position may close before our next run. If you spot a role that's been filled, duplicated, or miscategorised, send us the URL and we'll correct it in the next refresh.

After buying a company hiring report, the PDF is generated and emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us the company name and your order email and we'll resend it.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. If a report failed to generate or didn't match what was described, email us within 7 days for a full refund. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
